The secret to Kylie Jenner’s stunning figure may have been revealed as she shared what she ate in a day with fans.
Taking to her TikTok, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star shared with her fans a long-awaited insight into her daily diet, sharing the details of her meals, as well as her favourite healthy snacks.
She started her day with a bowl of yogurt and granola, blueberries and strawberries, garnished with a sprig of mint.
She also had antioxidant boosting matcha latte, and later, a coconut water, rich in vitamin C and potassium.
Her lunch consisted of a light salad,made up of toasted almonds, sesame, greens, and cabbage, finished off with a dressing. Then for snacks, she had grapes, as lemon water topped up with blk.water acid drops, which contain essential minerals and vitamins. Then she rounded it off with a small bowl of cheese pasta, alongside a tiny side salad, and a portion of asparagus.
It was surprising when she indulged herself to chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
