Frankie opens up about her crippling insecurities in her new book

Frankie, former Saturdays singer, 32, has opened up about her crippling insecurities about being a first-time mum in her new book Grow: Motherhood, Mental Health & Me, Frankie.

She reminisced taking her first son Parker for chickenpox vaccination before he turns one, which according to the paediatrician she should have ideally waited until her Parker had turned one and this got her worried that she might’ve ended up getting her child killed even before he gets to live in all quest to protect him.

She’s married to former England and Premier League footballer, Wayne Bridge and the couple have another son, Carter, who is six.
