Tottenham were offered the opportunity to sign Houssem Aouar from Lyon as a new midfielder. Arsenal was given the same chance. However, it’s been confirmed that Tottenham rejected the offer , giving the answer of : “he’s NOT a priority”

So, now, Arsenal have the chance to sign Houssem, less than a year after they had two bids rejected by Lyon.

We await their decision.
