The Brazilian side met with the Peruvian in the battle for World Cup qualifiers, and Neymar started perfectly as he led his side to victory.
Star man Neymar scored the second goal and partook in working out the first one scored by Everton Ribeiro as they maintained their perfect record in CONMEBOL 2022 World Cup qualifying with a 2-0 victory over Peru in Recife.
Neymar’s skills with the football created a chance for Everton Ribeiro to score at the 15th minute. He went on then to have his name on the score sheet at the 40th minute of the 1st half.
Their rival, Peru, have not beaten Brazil in their past 13 matches in South American World Cup qualifying, losing nine games and drawing four.
The Brazilian team is now on their way to world cup games as they stay six points behind Argentina.
