Bernd Leno, who has been Arsenal’s first choice Keeper since 2018 is on the verge of losing his position following Ramsdale’s arrival.
Leno, 29 year old German international joined Arsenal in 2018 and has been the club’s number one since then. However, his future at Emirates Stadium is at stake as possible sale is being contemplated.
The Gunners new goal keeper Ramsdale was chosen against Leno in their last match against Norwich which gave them their first win this season.
From reports, Arsenal will sell Leno in January with the Gunners signing Ramsdale believing he may usurp the German by the end of the 2021-22 season.
