Paris Hilton’s mum Kathy used to call the press to track her daughter’s whereabouts

Kathy Hilton, mother to Paris Hilton has confessed to calling the press to find out where her daughter Paris Hilton was. This was because Paris would leave the house and stay days outside without prior information of her whereabout to her mother.

Kathy admitted to have been struggling to keep her daughter responsible as regards her unknown movements and destinations then.

The 62 years old The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum said that most times, Paris would go for days without ringing home for her whereabout.

Speaking on SiriusXM’s Lunch with Bruce podcast, Kathy revealed: “I used to call the city desk at the New York Post.

“I would call the city desk and say at one in the morning, ‘Excuse me, hi, it’s Kathy Hilton. Uh, do you by any chance know Paris, where she is right now?'”

She believes her tactics to locate her daughter’s whereabouts through the press has been working out for her.

“‘She was seen at 11:47 [p.m.] or 12:43 [a.m.] at O Bar or this [spot],’” Kathy said, given that as an instance of the type of reports, she’d always get.

“This is the way I lived for years,” she continued, admitting that she would often worry about her daughter and her whereabouts.

“My husband [Rick Hilton] had to get up and work in the morning. So eventually he’d go to sleep. But I was up waiting all night.”

Kathy also revealed the most shocking of her daughter sneaking out from the house, leaving her in fear as she thought about her – “Let’s put it this way — it got very out of control and I was scared for her. And my husband was very scared for her. And, you know, those nightclubs go on all night.”, Kathy said.

She also revealed that the occurrence often made her lose sleep as she stayed awake waiting for the daughter “There’s a lot of stuff people don’t know,” she added. “And I did get some flack. Well, trust me. I did what I had to do.”
