Angelina Jolie on Alec Baldwin shooting: “I’m ‘very careful’ with guns”

Angelina Jolie, American actress who is known for her character in most action intriguing movies, has shared her thoughts on Alec Baldwin accidentally shooting and killing of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

According to her, such unprecedented tragedies are the reasons behind her being extremely careful with guns while on set.

She shared her experiences with gun safety in Hollywood as she expressed her grief for the deceased family.

“I can’t imagine what these families are going through. At this moment, the grief and the tragedy of that accident is quite overwhelming,” Jolie told the U.K. Times in an article published Thursday. “I’ve always been very careful because I’ve had to work with guns a lot.

“The way I’ve worked or checked when I’m directing, there are certain procedures. You have to take it very seriously.”

Baldwin has been in shock over the tragic incidence and has been in Vermont with his wife Hilaria since the production was paused .

“A woman died. She was my friend, she was my friend,” said Baldwin. “When I arrived in Sante Fe to start shooting, I took her to dinner.

“We were a very, very well-oiled crew shooting a film together when this horrible event happened.” he said regretting the accident.

Being an actress and a filmmaker, Angelina Jolie is also a humanitarian. She’s widely known as a recipient of numerous accolades, including an Academy Award and three Golden Globe Awards, she has been named Hollywood’s highest-paid actress multiple times.
