Popular singer, Jessie J has shared her sad story of the miscarriage which she had last month, as she told fans how anxious she has been to be a mother and have her own baby.

The singer explained how the devastating miscarriage put her life into danger and perspective in a heartbreaking admission on social media.

Jessie J posted the ordeal in a more matured way via her Instagram page last month, as she revealed she had lost her baby just hours before she was due to take to the stage in Los Angeles.

But in a candid post uploaded on Thursday, Jessie confessed she regretted her decision of taking up the Domino hitmaker, insisting she would still go ahead with the performance as she wanted to channel her grief into doing something she loved.

She captured two pics from the gigs for her fans, she told her 10.6 million followers that she reacted ‘in work mode’ when told the heartbreaking news she had lost her baby, and wanted them to understand she was still grieving.

“Unfortunately it’s safe to say that I add more energy into creating an unhealthy pain and problems for myself in front of the camera, than I do acknowledging it behind one in real time,” Jessie began.

The popular singer also added that “‘The show must go on’ mentality reacted before the human in me did.”

She opened up earlier that she’ll be a little drawn down in her Friday gig, and had confessed wanting a love comfort from loved ones after the doctor broke the sad news to her.

She said that the “Truth is, I just needed to f***ing cry and fall into someone’s arms and sob. But at the time I was alone. I hadn’t processed anything,” Jessie wrote.

“Nor do I know what am going to undergo through emotionally and physically after the news was broke to me,” she added.

The singer now Said to have understood why other women try to share their own experience of miscarriages, and has deemed it fit to share hers so as to help others.

“It’s unfortunate to say that since I have lived,I have never felt such physical pain and loneliness and now felt what it seems to be physically and emotionally hurt. This has changed me forever. In the most, heartbreaking, but beautiful way,” she admitted.

“It’s put life into perspective in a way nothing else ever has,” Jessie added.

With the experience she has had, the singer reached out to those who had suffered a miscarriage, and shared her own feelings as she tried to empathise with those in pain.

She added that “Losing your baby is one of the worst feelings in the world. I ache for you,”

She said that she’s “here now to tell those who have experienced that they’re allowed to be heartbroken and also allowed to cry as much as they want, that the pain is too much.”

She added that “in life there’s always an up and a down, that one has to experience both,to balance things and know that the world is not bed of roses, fortunately and unfortunately there will be sunshine, but we can’t avoid the rain,” Jessie mused.
