Popular Welsh TV presenter Alex Jones has shared a tip of what her festive period will be in her home life as she gets ready to celebrate her first Christmas with newly born daughter Annie.
The 44 year old Alex, mother of three, brought to life her newly born daughter Annie on August and she uploaded a sweet selfie from family life to Instagram over the weekend.
The TV presenter uploaded a picture in which she’s standing in front of a mirror while holding the newly born tot close and kissing her. A light up fire was also burning away while the mantelpiece had a very big elegant Christmas tree and decorations on show.
On the background of the snap, the Christmas tree could be seen with it’s adorable twinkling lights providing a lovely glow.
The TV star was able to upload the snapshot via her Instagram page as a story, for her 326k fans could be opportuned to have a look of what she’s cooking up for the festive period.
The star captioned the image: “Fire is lit and the girls are happy.”
The TV star’s husband and she also had to share sons Edward, whose nickname is Teddy, and Kit.
As of last month the TV presenter spoke to her social media followers and fans on what it seems for her oldest child was hoping for this holiday.
The One Show host posted a pic of the son’s list for Santa, which included lots of LEGO, in particular those themed around Paw Patrol.
She captioned it:” My little baby Ted’s been writing his Christmas list,” and included a broken heart emoji.
It has really come to notice that the presenter regularly shares uploads of her family life, but has in every occasion kept her children’s faces hidden from public.
At the start of this month, she shared a beautiful snap of her son’s first nativity and confessed how she had cried a lot. She as usual covered her son’s face with a huge blue heart emoji as he posed in his shepherd’s costume.
Alex was able to make a surprise return to hosting duties on The One Show last week after under five months off on maternity leave.
Since going on maternity leave, Alex has only been able to appear just few times on the BBC show. In September, she made a brief return for a very “special” reason.
On her first return on the show, she said it really felt nice to be back on stage: “Ah, it is so nice to be back. You know what, we have been great.
She said a lot about her children, and also praising her boys saying: The boys are taking to little Annie brilliantly. Annie is here with mum and dad.”
She added finally that “I’ve literally, honestly… she has just gone back to mum. I had to feed her. She’s out there.”
