On the evening of Sunday, popular comedian Bob Saget was announced dead in a hotel room after his stage performance, and he left for his fans a heartfelt message which was shared by his eldest daughter Aubrey.
According to her she received the text from him t before he died.
The 65-year-old star of The Full House passed away on Sunday, with staff at The Ritz-Carlton in Orlando finding his body at 5pm.
The 34 year old daughter of Bob Saget, Aubrey posted a message the late comedian uploaded before he died, in a screenshot of the text.
The message from her late father read thus: “Thank U. Love u. Showtime!”
According to sources and it is believed that the message related to a show that he was putting on at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday night.
The late comedian had previously shared how excited he was that night after he was back on stage, with the coronavirus pandemic which affected comedy gigs across the world.
He wrote on his Social Media Page just few hours before he passed away: “Goin’ everywhere until I get the special shot. And then probably keep going cause I’m addicted to this s***. Peace out.”
His unexpected death was announced and marked by the Saget family in a comprehensive statement which they shared on Sunday night.
“We are devastated to confirm that our beloved Bob passed away today.”
“He was everything to us and we want you to know how much he loved his fans, performing live and bringing people from all walks of life together with laughter.”
“Though we ask for privacy at this time, we invite you to join us in remembering the love and laughter that Bob brought to the world.”
The late Bob Saget had expressed his feelings, saying “He was on top of the world after his live show in many months and he couldn’t exercise patience because he would love to perform in so many other venues and places.”
Bob posted: “Okay, I loved tonight’s show in Jacksonville. Really nice audience. Lots of positivity.
“Happened last night in Orlando last night at the Hard Rock Live too. Very appreciative and fun audiences. Thanks again to @comediantimwilkins for opening.”
“I had no idea I did a two hour set tonight. I’m back in comedy like I was when I was 26. I guess I’m finding my new voice and loving every moment of it.”
Lately it was reported that the Orange County Sheriff’s announced to the public that they had “no information on cause of death, and detectives have found no signs of foul play or drug use in this case.”
